Welcome to Nebo Printing Solutions! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Order Processing and Customization

• All orders are processed upon receipt of payment and design approval. Custom apparel orders are tailored specifically to each customer's specifications, and as such, production will not begin until you have confirmed your design and paid your deposit.
• Nebo Printing Solutions is not responsible for any errors in the design provided by the customer, including but not limited to spelling errors, incorrect logos, or any other inaccuracies in the submitted artwork.

2. Payment and Deposits

• A $5 non-refundable deposit is required to initiate any custom order.
• The deposit is applied toward the final cost of the order and is not refundable under any circumstances.

3. Refund and Exchange Policy

• All sales are final. Once an order is placed and production begins, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. We encourage you to review your design and quantity carefully before submitting your order.
• In the case of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution based on the circumstances.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Nebo Printing Solutions will make every effort to process and ship orders in a timely manner. However, shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Cancellations

• Once your order has been confirmed and the design is approved, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before production begins.

6. Ownership of Designs

• By submitting your design, you confirm that you own the rights to the artwork or have obtained the necessary permissions to use it for printing. Nebo Printing Solutions is not liable for any copyright infringement or legal issues arising from the use of submitted designs.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information provided during the ordering process will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

8. Modifications to Terms

• Nebo Printing Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes via our website or through direct communication.
